The model represents a small Viennese suburban house, which is typical of the Wilhelminian era. Houses like this can still be found in large numbers in the inner districts today. The simple clean lines show the influence of classicism.

This house is located between baroque and classicism, on the threshold of the Biedermeier era, the model of which is located on Wiener Landstrasse. The state of construction shown here corresponds to the early days due to the business portal. The business premises can be designed either as a pharmacy or a grocery store with the enclosed decorative material. Of course, it also offers space for independent creations. The back yard is designed with a typical wooden veranda. The model is suitable for urban, suburban and village ensembles. In the back yards of the suburban houses there were outbuildings for stables, workshops and also for apartments. This outbuilding fits in perfectly with the small Viennese suburban house. This corner house is designed to match the Wilhelminian style house (item number B-1005). This means that these houses can also be built as a large block with a uniform facade. The business premises are designed as a bank branch, with decorations for two different eras. Banks are extremely strange institutions. They take our money and ask for money for it. Nothing works without banks, the banks have made sure of that. Those who do not have an account practically do not exist. The fictitious usury bank, which has been advertising for 200 years with the slogan: "Give us your money, you don't need it anyway!" Is in charge of this branch. After the Second World War, the aim was to restore the destroyed living space as quickly as possible. The remaining stucco was simply removed from damaged buildings. The smooth facades matched the new buildings better as well as the taste of the time. This practice was followed without great distress until the 1980s. Only then did people become aware of the need to preserve the building fabric from the early days. The rediscovery of Art Nouveau in the 80s also contributed to this. The model of the dismantled Wilhelminian style house is therefore a sober and unadorned representative from the time of reconstruction.
